guest speaker will be Misha Sarkovich.
Misha is a Director representing Division 5 of the Fair Oaks
Water District. Prior to his work with the FOWD, he
served on the Board of the Fair Oaks Recreation and Parks
District for 12 years. Misha has also been a member of
the Fair Oaks Rotary since 2017. He will give us some
history about the Fair Oaks Water District.
