Old Homes of Fair Oaks - Cunningham
- Name: John H. Cunningham
- Location: NE of New York and Sunset
- Comments: John Cunningham built three houses; the first a shack
that burned (abt 1898), then the beautiful house on Sunset (1901), then
his third house on Sierra (1910). We have no old photos of the Sierra
home.

Note - this is the Cunningham starter house which burned down.
Many of the settlers built such a house to live in while they were
building their main residence.
