Welcome to Loop 2 of the Fair Oaks Virtual Walking Tour, a walk through the Village. The walk should take 30 - 60 minutes depending on how long you linger. The Village is a more dynamic place than the other loops and will take a little more imagination to sort out the historic places from the shops that continually come and go. We'll start by leaving the History Center and turning left down Fair Oaks Blvd. to the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd. and Old Winding Way (at the Town House building).

We covered the left hand side on Loop 1, but on the right for most of our history was the Diamond National Lumber Company, source of building materials from about 1930 to 1970.

Next
